I have never seen this but heard great things about this

Besides the movie there is also lecture with Robert Gitt, Preservation Officer of the UCLAa Film & Television Archive
about the filmmaking process

Well, I’ve seen the film—and a good thing too, as my schedule prevents a trip to Glasgow to catch the screening. Posted Image

as it turns out, there was only a talk given by Mr Gitt.

For nearly 2 hours and 40 minutes we were treated to outtakes and rehearsels in B&W of NotH.

this was really fantastic to watch yet at times was very monotous yet very funny indeed.

He did not think that the full 8 hours would ever appear on dvd as it was too specialized.

here is hoping anyway

I wish I could go!! I have a /lot/ of fond memories of the GFT. Good times, good movies. It's by far & away my favourite cinema I've been to.
high resolution ipod featuring dlp hd programming is the best, almost as good as playstation 2 with wega windows media on a super cd! ps2 and tivo do dolby tv with broadband hdtv!

Missed the chance to see Lawrence of Arabia in 70mm there too.
