No Way!? Parmounts 'Targets' $9.99 msrp!? (1 Viewer)

DDD has the title available for pre-order under $6 , along with Daisy Miller, and even Amazon is listing a $9.99 msrp (w/ no pre-order discount).

this can't be correct...can it?
i was expecting a $19.95 msrp with $15 street price.

whats up with this?

hell, at that price i may even grab Daisy Miller, but i just find it odd that a company that was known not that long ago for holding to a higher than average price point would be offering new catalog titles at less than the price of MGMs midnight movie line.

That's odd. I was under the impression that Targets at least was to have a commentary, but no extras are listed.

If it's being give the bare-bones treatment, it'd be a damn shame considering the topicality of the film.

Oh well, at least it'll be nice to have it on DVD as it's definitely not been given its due...

The commentary, etc. had better still be included! This is one of my top 20 favorite films, and I was very happy to see that Paramount was going to finally give me at least one of my favorite films that they own the proper treatment.

Why was this thread moved to "Coupons and Bargains". It is talking about the studio suggested pricing of a new release title that isn't coming out until August.

All the Bogdanovich titles are supposed to have a commentary and a documentary included.
