Also, through the end of June sometime, Radioshack will have their X-Box bundle...

Xbox (naturally) with S controller, Extra original controller, controller extension cables (2), JSRF w/ strategy guide, Sega GT 2002 w/ strategy guide, $50 in coupons (your guess is as good as mine), and apparently 6 months of X-box magazine.

... for $250.00

Not too terrible a deal. Best if you can get it on a 10% coupon or something, but not the worst deal I've seen.

Jim

PS -- and a DVD remote as well (forgot that at first)

I finally picked up Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance for the XBox. I know it's a great game and is worth full price, however, I am so backed-up on my "list of games to beat" that I don't really pick up any titles when they first come out. Ten bucks was a steal!

Glen- I just wanted to say thanks for doing this every week. It's really nice to be able to go to one consolidated source instead of sorting through newspaper ads. Thanks again- your efforts are appreciated!

I'm thinking I'm going to pick up Transworld Surf and Wario Ware from Best Buy. Nothing else really sets me off at this point. Maybe Baseball Advance from TRU.

You're welcome Scott. I still really enjoy doing this.

Picked up Baldur's Gate too. The girlfriend and I just played it a bit, and she liked it! Bonus points! :)

I've heard some reports of a few price drops at Target on some PS2 stuff. I'm going to head there tonight and get the lowdown. I'll post what I find later tonight.

I saw it at $19.88 Ben, but I'm adding it to the list.

I'm planning on picking it up later this week.

Also added NBA Street for the Gamecube, and Haven for the PS2. I've been thinking of picking up Haven, but didn't see it at my local Target.

I picked up Wario Ware for $19.99(after Gamer's Gift Card), and Transworld Surf for $9.99 at Best Buy.

I wonder if it would be a good thing if we all started posted what we've bought here when we find it... I could track how much I saved when I talk to the wife about games. :)

EB is running a GREAT deal for preowned Dreamcasts... for $29.99 you can get 1 Dreamcast system (w/ AV cables, 1 controller, etc...) and 1 Preowned game of $14.99 or less value.

Note: the price only applies to "preowned" Dreamcasts (not "refurbished").

Some good new price drops at EB.

Turok for the Xbox for $10, Bond: Nightfire for $15, Harry Potter's newest for $15.

A few PS2 titles at the $10 price point as well.

Hmmm, I'm tempted with Bond Nightfire for the XBox. However I fear I may have too many games, as in the last month I've bought Mechassault, DOA:EBV and Baldur's Gate (this for a guy who historically buys maybe 5 games a year, 4 of them EA Sports games).

I hear you Carlo.. join the dark side... by 3 or 4 games a month at $10 a piece... :)

BTW, lots more additions. Amazon.com Walmart.com and Compusa.com have some good deals.

Free shipping from Amazon. I might pickup Turok for the Xbox for $10 bucks shipped free, and finally grab Soul Reaver 2.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet but I just picked up Onimusha 2 for PS2 at Amazon for $9.98 shipped.

edit: couldn't get the link to work. Try searching when you go to amazon.

I haven't played this series at all before. Do i have to play the first one before I start this game since it's the 2nd one in the series?

Glen that was a plea for a respite, you're not helping! ;)

Okay I might spring for Nightfire, which seems to have gotten pretty decent reviews, and has 16:9 support (kinda cool for me since I have a 16:9 TV).
