I am considering buying a RPTV online (onecall).
I need to know what worries I would have of doing that instead of buying one from CC, BB, or some other retailer, which I am having trouble finding in my area.
Also, has anyone ever used their extended warranty? Pros, cons?
I guess that I'm just worried about possible problems (I hope not, but ya never know) after my product was delivered.
Thanks.

Local service and support is always preferable when it comes to a big RPTV. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Onecall.com eschew a return policy? (I may be wrong here. In fact, I think I've ordered something or other from Onecall; just can't remember.)

So, if your set arrives defective or develops a problem which requires exchanging the unit within the standard 30-day return window, it's much easier to deal with when buying from a local retailer.

But many, many HTFers have ordered RPTVs online and been happy with their purchases.
