I started a thread in one of the other sections on this forum before I realized that this one existed. I am having trouble getting DVD's with a DTS track to output the DTS format to my Pioneer VSX-D811s receiver. I am runnging an optical cable from my PS2 and component video cables. My receiver is DTS-ES capable. The only thing I have been able to get DTS from my PS2 is Vice City, and it sounds awesome!!! I have tried looking through the PS2 menus, and also the menus on each individual DVD's and selected the DTS format, but my receiver does not indicate that it has been selected. Please review my other post, http://www.hometheat....readid=138659, and let me know if you have any further advice.

thanks in advance,

Did you select the toolbox menu item in the PS2 menu. turn digital on and DTS on in that also. There are 2 different places to turn digital on in the ps2 menu.
