Anyone have an idea how long before DVE from Joe Kane is available in 1080i in D-VHS?

I am waiting to buy a D-VHS player for this...

I want to order it... but I don't know how long it would be.

When should I expect it?

Believe me...we're waiting to find out too. I can't wait to finally have HD test patterns through the actual source of HD playback.
