I was here posting last year but now I'm serious. I've got some 20+ year old AR-9's that were my father's. These are 5 ft tall towers with tweeter, mid-range, woofer, and I believe built-in subs on the sides. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.) Anyway, they haven't been used in a long time and one of the woofer cones has cracked and worn away. My question is does it pay to buy a new cone and refurb these? Would it be a hard DIY and how much would it cost? Compared to today's speakers, how good would these be? LT
