High-end Stainless Steel Cookware (1 Viewer)

Well aware of this thread , I'm wondering if anyone knows much about the Demeyere brand of cookware.

Specifically, I'm comparing the Atlantis vs. the Sirocco lines and my concern is the difference in finish on both. Will the sirocco stand up as well compared the hyped Silvernox finish on the Atlantis/Apollo line?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Or other brands.
I've ruled out All Clad and Viking because I don't want rivets in the pan itself. Must also have a hole in the handle to be hung.

i think my dad has the mistral set....i think it's pretty good....we have four sets of stainless steel cookware and haven't opened 3 of them....my dad is a cookware fanatic....i wish he had put the thousands of dollars into the home theater instead of having three big ass boxes sitting in the garage
