Denon 2803, 3803 vs. Marantz 7300 series

I'm going to be picking up a new receiver sometime soon and I'm looking to spend anywhere from 800-1200. I've been looking at the Denon 2803 and 3803 as well as the Marantz 7300. Does anyone have experience with these models or recommend one over the other? I would like to have video switching, but is it worth the extra cost?

Yamaha DVD-S2300 vs. Onkyo DV-SP800

I'm looking for a good all-in-one disc player and have come across these two models. The reviews of the Yamaha model seem to be a bit better. Can anyone confirm this? Would it be wise to purchase an all-in-one player or wait a while...?

Would either of these receivers be "enough" to power Dynaudio Audience 42s or Paradigm Studio 20s?

It seems like the Marantz have problems again.
You might want to stick with the denon.
