Better to have a gun and not need it, than to need a gun and not have it.

I've been able to reach them for the most part. I think they might be having some mild load-balancing issues -- I usually access http://xbox.gamespot.com/ directly, and every once in a while, I'll get an Internet Explorer error message, but it almost always disappears when I hit Refresh.

It's not just you. I've had trouble getting their page to load correctly over the past few days. At one point I was getting one of those ad pages you have to look at before you can access the actual page you want to see, but it never actually sent me on to gamespot's page. Other times the site won't load at all.

I get the ad page about once every 3 days, but after a minute it goes to the mainpage.

Otherwise, it works fine.

If you hit the refresh button it immediately goes to the main page.
