Tonight was according to the ad during The Simpsons the season finale. While nothing special happend that could have us wait for the next season like many shows do and also that Mid-April is an odd time to end a season and that it's had less than 10 episodes.

Was the show canceled?!?!?

Most likely the series had a limited number of production episodes.

It could be time to re-evaluate and retool the show. Hey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus' "Watching Ellie" is coming back, without the 'clock', so who knows...

According to Martin's location, he's in Canada. They may be on the same channel there.

Once again I'm in the minority, I really like this show... I laugh out loud several times during every episode, that's rather unusual for me. I'd be very disappointed if they don't bring it back.

given how it's done in the ratings, and how generally crappy MANY (not all) people feel it is. It's either going in the retooling locker or it's going in the crapper

Don't forget, midseason shows often only have six or eight episodes ordered, and in this case, Nia Vardalos has a couple of movie commitments they had to work around.
Jay's Movie Blog - A movie-viewing diary.
Transplanted Life: Sci-fi soap opera about a man placed in a new body, updated two or three times a week.
Trading Post Inn - Another gender-bending soap, with different collaborators writing different points of view.
