How the @#$!% do you beat the Wolfenstein demo? (1 Viewer)

I'm talking about the Xbox "factory" demo level. I killed all the Nazis I could find, found the "Venom" book, then couldn't figure out what to do! There was a Nazi who had been shooting at me and ran away, closing the door behind him, but I couldn't get to the bombed out floor that he was on, and slowly whittled my health away trying to jump to that floor and falling...finally, having begun with nearly full health, I ended up dying from all the falls - @#&!$%! Am I supposed to get to the floor where the Nazi ran away? If so - HOW?

I cannot guess exactly where you are at so will be a bit obscure.

You can jump onto a wall and then across to a slanted roof.


If not that then:

If you have fallen, climb a ladder by the halftrack up to the rooftop and jump from there into a room. This is much faster than going all the way back around.

Okay, having said that:

spoiler]When you refer to the ladder by the halftrack, I assume you mean the ladder by the armored vehicle? That is where I went up, and eventually died trying to jump across the gap in the floor. I've been jumping at an angle, because there doesn't seem to be a way to jump head on, am I doing something wrong? Exactly where do you jump from?[/spoiler]

Or

as you are facing directly away from the ladder, you move to the right of the hole in the broken ceiling. You then jump across to the room to your right (it has that low wall you have to jump over. This isn't an easy jump as it is at an angle and there is that low wall.


Now if only I could beat the end boss on the other level without going coop.
