I was on a group trip to Niagara Falls, ON last month. While there, a film crew was filming people's reactions to seeing the Stanley Cup. A group of us were filmed and signed waivers. The only think I got out of the people was that this was being filmed as commercials for NHL Playoffs this month.

Has anyone seen such commercials? I was assuming the commercials would be shown on ESPN, but I don't watch hockey.

Hey Marty,

I saw that commercial on ESPN this week when I was in Tulsa for a conference. Was the crowd coached into being awed that the Cup had arrived? Either way it was kinda cool especially the last wide shot where barely anyone was watching the falls but a big crowd surrounded the Stanley Cup.

I've seen that commercial about 3 times now, the last time about 5 min ago.

No, the people I saw were doing those things on their own. My son and his friend were filmed kissing the stanley Cup. If you see a kid with long blonde hair wearing a yellow coat, that is my son. One kid in our group was so in awe of the Cup, that he wouldn't even touch it.
