I have an AV12 sub with the PE 250W plate amp (thank you Ryan Schnacke) that I recently completed, that has developed what appears to be a ground loop hum. I've purchased all of the Paladin crimping equipment and was looking to make my own cables. I was thinking about using the LV-77S for my sub, but I'm concerned about how to address the ground loop issue. I know that some cables are constructed with mitigating potential ground loop issues.

Any ideas how you do this with DIY cable?

Thanks,
Bryant

Check this thread from the Tweaking and Connections forum. If this isn't enough search back through that forum as I know there's been numerous discussions on the issue. Ground Loop Issue
