Any great shops around town that has a good selection of headphones to try out?

Last year the Headroom Headphone Tour came through town, I think it happened in June, you might want to check that webpage to see if it is happening again.

Otherwise I don't know of anyone that carries a large selection of cans.

havne't checked it out yet, but a friend told me Audio System off of Koenig has a large selection of headphones.... just FYI for any Austinites out there.

There are only 3 mid-fi/high end stores in town, so one could just make a few calls to see what's available for dem: High Fidelity, Audio Systems, and Whetstone (my favorite).
