*** 4/12/03 The antenna is sold****
I am selling my Radio Shack Double Bowtie UHF Antenna (#15-623). I bought this a couple months ago for improved high definition reception -- it works well for picking up UHF signals (which is what most digital stations broadcast). I'm selling it because I went ahead and installed an outside directional antenna. The double bowtie worked much better than the other inside antennas I experimented with.
The Radio Shack double bowtie has been discontinued and is somewhat difficult to find (I bought this one off an Ebay seller). I have seen the specifications listed as having a gain of approximately 5 ~ 7 dB. I have added an adapter so it has a typical co-axial hookup.
I will sell it for $25 shipped (Paypal preferred). If you want to see a picture or have any questions please e-mail me at [email protected].
I have a couple feedbacks -- one as [email protected] over on ebay and a transaction with Jeff Demum over on the Software site here at HTF.
