“A laugh-out-loud riot.”

Robert De Niro and Billy Crystal’s Prescription for Laughter Arrives on DVD May 13 from Warner Home Video

Special DVD Two-Pack Including Analyze This Also Available

Burbank, Calif., February 10, 2003 –Analyze That – the mob comedy sequel to the 1999 blockbuster Analyze This, in which film greats Robert De Niro and Billy Crystal re-team as the frighteningly funny gangster patient and therapist – debuts on DVD and VHS May 13 from Warner Home Video. The DVD will sell for $27.98 SRP and the VHS for $22.99 SRP. A special DVD two-pack will also be available with Analyze This and Analyze That for $39.98 SRP.
In Analyze That, two-time Academy Award®-winner De Niro continues his recent string of comedic roles (Analyze This, Meet the Parents, Showtime) that play off of his tough-guy reputation (Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, The Godfather, Part II). Analyze That also reunites De Niro with three-time Emmy Award®-winner Crystal (When Harry Met Sally and City Slickers) in what CBS-TV’s David Sheehan calls “one of the funniest movies of the year.”
Harold Ramis (Caddyshack) reprises his writer/director role for Analyze That, while co-star and Emmy Award®-winner Lisa Kudrow (TV’s Friends) returns as Crystal’s beleaguered wife, who is less than thrilled when her husband’s psychotic mobster patient becomes their uninvited houseguest.

DVD Extras
Analyze That will be available in both widescreen and full-screen versions. Both DVDs are DVD-ROM enabled and will include these special features:
•Commentary by director Harold Ramis
•The Making of Analyze That: HBO First Look Special
•M.A.D.E. (Mafioso Associate Degree Exam) interactive challenge - play to see if you know what it takes to be a mobster
Other DVD features include the theatrical trailer, filmography, English and French (dubbed in Québécois) languages and subtitles in English, French and Spanish.

Synopsis
Infamous Mafioso Paul Vitti (De Niro) is suffering a nervous breakdown while serving time in prison. As a result, he is granted a conditional release into the custody and care of his psychotherapist, Ben Sobel (Crystal). As therapy continues and Sobel tries to get to the bottom of Vitti’s psychosis, Sobel realizes his patient might not be as crazy as he claims to be. Vitti’s apparent “breakdown” may merely be a carefully orchestrated act to get out of prison so he can resume his duties as a mob boss.

The movie is short enough. Why couldn't they just put both WS and FS versions on one disc? That's what they did for the first film.
