How do the new Xena DVDs from Anchor Bay compare with the old ones from the official Xena/Hercules store? Obviously the packaging is different, but what else?

Both are listed as seven-disc sets, but my understanding was that the old set had no special features at all. Anyone know what disc 7 was? I doubt they needed that many for 24 episodes. The new set's seventh disc is a CD with special features. You apparently get another bonus disc of features if you order from Best Buy. (Or is the seventh disc listed on the AB the BB disc? Does BB still have an exclusive here?)

The new set has been remastered into 5.1 sound, but I don't know if that's new. Is the transfer any different? Would appreciate any info here.
