I just bought my set of seperates and now need the cabling. I want to use the balanced inputs. As we all know cabling is a major headache. Who's is the best? What is the most cost effective? Is one really better than the other? All these questions go round and round. Time for another one. I've been thinkig of getting the cables from a music store in my area. I can get 5' cables for around 15 bucks a pop. The store says they are their top quality cable. Does this sound too good to be true? Will I really notice any difference from their's or say blue jeans or audioquest?

With Pro Audio equipment you are not paying for some former
MIT Grad's fancy audio alchemy terminoligy.

Trust us, if the cables are built to take the punishment
of a Pro Sound Application and not introduce noise they
certainly will work fine on any of our miniscule home audio
setups that pale in comparison to the complexity of a pro
sound venue rig.

Just make sure they have Neutrik or Switchcraft connectors. Some of the cheap connectors (especially the female) don’t mate into the chassis plug well.
