Can't wait. Last year was really good like Tony said. Are you going to demo your new speakers? They look awesome. You have got some wood working skills!

Tony, I thought I'd help your *hits* count. You CA boys need to stir up some enthusiasm:D Hey, I'd like to see/hear your new speakers. Just mail me a round-trip ticket (Southwest Airlines is cool).;)

I guess I can bring some GR-Research speakers to the meet. Then we'll be able to have a comparison between the AV-3 and Kit281.

I beliece the 281's that Dave is bringing might be his short profile rendition. I am not sure though. Either way, it will be cool:)

Last year, only a handfull replied, but we had about 60 people! lets see what happens this year:D

Chris,

Are you definite on bringing your AV1+s to the meet? If not, let me know

Dave, I wouldn't worry about it. unless you want to show it off. I won't be bringing any subwoofers....thought there always are some.

Chris might bring the AV3's.

I am bringing my AV-3s with sonicaps, and some acoustic panels if they can fit.

I will not bring AV-1s or AV-1+

Would anyone like to hear the AV1+'s? I can bring them if anyone wants to hear them.

Does anyone know what type of sub enclosure was used (bare with me now)in the smaller room up stairs; it was run through a computer with a Delta 10/10 and was in conjunction with a pair of MTM's crossed over at 1450 hz. And the sub I think was crossed at 100.

Well I answered my own question... This looks identical to the one on display.

Now that I am past that I can not believe how good it sounded. This enclosure goes against my experience and intuition! I have no idea how much polyfil would be best for it :)

Yeah that sub looks similar. I think it used Peerless 12" drivers with the die cast basket though. The black dipole sub used Adire DPL12 drivers if I remember.

I too was very amazed at the sound of that Phoenix setup.

I know that Linkwitzlabs has that phoenix speaker, but it doesn't offer that much information on prices. I'm curious how much it would cost for the crossover and drivers. I'm assuming over $1000 in those seas millenium drivers with the crossover not being cheap either.

Oh, in the Main room. Could anyone list the name of the CDs that were in the 5 disc changer during the Kit281 and AV-3 demo? I forgot to ask what CDs were playing...
