I don't remember the name of the movie, I just remember seeing the Kenny Loggins (dear God...repressed memory reborn) video years ago...

It's a Sly Stallone movie, he's a trucker or something and the whole point of the movie is that he's an arm wrestler or boxer (go figure...). His son tags along, and it looks incredibly stupid. Never saw the movie, but could potentially have MANY redneck references. Maybe someone will remember the title.

That would be Over the Top. I unfortunatly saw it at the theater, and haven't seen it since, so I don't remember if it is "redneck" or not.
