I'm having a trailer trash/redneck themed party and was wondering what are some good DVD's that we could watch.

Try the "oeuvre" of Herschell Gordon Lewis. Sounds like a real "crowd-pleaser" fer yer hootenanny, cous'n. (Not sure how many of these are on DVD.)

Yeah man, white poverty is cool!!

I'd think any of John Waters pre-Hairspray stuff would suffice.

I don't remember the name of the movie, I just remember seeing the Kenny Loggins (dear God...repressed memory reborn) video years ago...

It's a Sly Stallone movie, he's a trucker or something and the whole point of the movie is that he's an arm wrestler or boxer (go figure...). His son tags along, and it looks incredibly stupid. Never saw the movie, but could potentially have MANY redneck references. Maybe someone will remember the title.

That would be Over the Top. I unfortunatly saw it at the theater, and haven't seen it since, so I don't remember if it is "redneck" or not.

I agree with the rest of the suggestions.

ha! Over the Top I haven't even thought about that movie in about 10 years! Posted Image
