Hello,
My company uses the Sony 5-disc CDP-CE275 to play hold music for our customers. It's just a standard player with rca outs. However, it seems like it stops playing about every 24 hours or so and we have to press play again. Are these cd players designed to stop after a certain amount of time? It's really quite annoying and bad business for our customers who keep thinking we are hanging up on them because they don't hear the hold music.
I put the player on shuffle, all discs, repeat. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated.
