How hot does a BFD get? (1 Viewer)

Mine doesnt get hot at all. There is nothing in there but chips. And since it has ultra low power consumption, it shouldnt produce any more heat than single disk CD player (which is virtually none). (this is probably in the wrong section though)

Had it on for 4-5 hours tonight, and it did not even get warm. You should be fine.

I leave it on constantly and have my Samson S1000 under it (also always on) and a Panamax 4300 above it - no heat from this combo except for the fan exhaust out the rear of the S1000.

GREAT!

Thanks for all the replies, I want to make sure about the heat before I ordered. I just placed the order! I am going to leave it on all the time too. After getting it set up properly I will probably mount it vertically behind my entertainment armoire since heat will not be an issue.
