This is a hardware capture card, breakout box and software suite. Records from Laserdiscs, VCR, etc. to MPEG-2 files (e.g., to burn to DVD).
Works with Windows including XP (with a free patch downloadable).

The MovieStar software package is easy to use and DVDiT LE is also included to make DVDs.
