I just got a Palm m130 and so far it's really cool. I've found some freeware games on download.com but it seems like every worthwhile game isn't free.. Anyone which games to buy that are worth checking out and/or know of any other places where I might find some fun and free games for my palm pilot like freeware and shareware stuff that's worth checking out. Also I don't know the legalness of emulators but are there any emulators for palm that will let me play old nintendo or atari games on my palm? If so, any links?

Also, I was looking at the ProntoLite thing to turn your palm into a pronto remote, at $20 it seemed like a great deal. Has anyone tried it yet? Does it work good? How does it compare to a real pronto? Is it worth the $20?

Dunno about the M130 directly, but most palms lack sufficent IR strength to function as a remote beyond ~5-8 feet. I'd reccomend trying something you can demo before dropping the cash.

I've used the M130 with ProntoLite and had no troubles beaming from 13 feet away.

I personally didn't like the software because it was nowhere near as good as a real Pronto.

You can download a trail version of the software and see if you think it is worth the money.

There are a couple other packages coming to the Palm platform that will allow the use of Pronto .ccf files. I doubt they'll run on an m130 though...a couple of these are currently available for PocketPC.

Well I tried it out and it was cool at first but got old quick. I guess I'll just have to save up for a real pronto :)
