These reserved seats are nice. They're cushier with a lot more legroom. Thanks Steve!

I know my first choice and I know Rain's. You better not grab my guy Steve. ;)

I'm afraid I'll be a little out of my league in this one, but I'll give it a try. 10 films sounds fine.

Well, that makes eight, unless Agee opts out. Anyway, let's get started.

Rain is up, then me. :)

I know my first choice and I know Rain's. You better not grab my guy Steve.
Well, you know damn well what my first pick is gonna be!

One thing: when posting your pick, please give the name of the cinematographer along with the film title. Thanks!

Walter says ten picks is fine, how about the rest of you?

Gee, thanks for reserving me a seat, Steve. I'll do my best to get my butt to visit it at least every 12 hours. :)

(I believe this is my first time participating in a draft, so pardon any rule missteps. Just set me straight with a swift kick to the reserved seat.)

You're already screwing things up Rain, that wasn't who you were supposed to pick. :D

Agee, glad you could make it. :)

BTW, we'll be going 1 - 8, 1 - 8, etc.

Steve,

I was under the impression that we would be drafting cinematographers, not specific films.

Sorry. :)

No problem.

Drafting cinematographers would make things a bit rough in that if we're each going to be making ten picks, that's eighty we'd need to come up with. Much better to go with the films themselves though you're welcome to pick only films by a specific cinematographer. Personally, I'm going for variety. :)

Hmm, I also thought we were doing cinematographers.

Guess I'll go with Night of the Hunter - Stanley Cortez

Well, since Rob isn't participating in this tourney, think I'll make the sacrifice and dedicate my first choice to an inexplicable favorite of his: ;)

Lawrence of Arabia (Freddie Young)

Eric, I think you probably ought to post who the cinematographer is.
