Looks like it'll be out all over the world before coming out in the US.

The most important thing we need to know (if anyone actually has this) is does the shimmering effect of the UK and French discs still occur? Its a gloriously detailed transfer if you look at an individual frame, but the brightness is all over the shop from one to the next (and no, its not the rthythmic wobble of a macrovision artifact).
mmm, thats odd.

Well,
I just ordered Sleeping Beauty, The One, Conan box set (Barbarian and Destroyer), and Blackhawk Down R2 Japan as my very first non-region 1 DVDs to play on my HTPC from CDJapan.

Just to follow up on this. The transfer of this film is terrible. It is one of the worst if not the worst transfer of an animation that I have ever seen. I don't know if the US version will be better, but I'd wait for that. Shimmering is everywhere and the colors are terrible.
