Total Recall SE Tin less than 8 bucks? Just because of the horrible ugly packaging?

My weekly search through DDD yielded an interesting bargain:

$7.97 for this SE? Helluva deal if you ask me. Too bad the thing won't fit suitably into my DVD case! Posted Image

I ordered that one a week or so ago. It surprised me quite a bit, but maybe I'll put it next to my Tin case of Akira as the ones that don't fit. Posted Image

I have to admit it is a weird case. Sticks out on my DVD shelf. THough that isn't a problem as I have it in a closet off the living room. Wasn't there another release of this that came in a normal case?

Yes, the infamous Red Baboon's Ass version.

A good SE, but one of the silliest packages ever created. I'd suggest using the keepcase link for certain.

Me too, but I wonder if we'll all end up with the tin regardless of what we ordered.

Will, I hope not. They have different stock numbers at DDD so they should get it right, or exchange it if need be.
