I'm sure I've seen that Season One of The Monkees was due out next month (January 2003) from Rhino Home Video yet can't see it listed on any sites. Has this been cancelled? Or postponed?

An email rec'd from Dr. Rhino in this regard said that a DVD box set of the Monkees' first season is tentatively scheduled for an April release.

Haven't heard a peep about this release. You'd think Rhino might want to hype it up a little.

Hopefully the delay until April will allow them more time to put together some extras like commentaries, interviews and trailers etc. You would think they'd promote it though!
