Yamaha DSP A1000 (1 Viewer)

I have an old AV unit, the DSP A 1000 which was not being used. I had decided to sell it, and hooked it up today to try it out. The unit powers on, and plays a CD for a few seconds before powering off. I opened the unit and replaced the 10A 250 volt ceramic fuse with the same results. I noticed two 7A 125 fused which look fine to me. Any suggestions how to get this unit functional before I trash it?

If the speakers you're using are 4-ohm, that might explain the problem. Use only 6 or 8-ohm speakers.
