X-Box Monster Optical Cable (1 Viewer)

I have Monsters 100x Lightwave optical cable hooked up to monsters component cables.

But is it just mines or does the optical cable from monster fit loosely into recievers? It seems to fit perfectly into the dongle connected to the component cable, but when I stick it into my reciever, it seems really loose and may easily slip off

Any one else have this problem?

I have one and have no problem.

My reciever is a Kenwood.
