I thought it was great. Zombie action in the first five minutes and the action comes fast and furious. Epic zombie action scenes with slower suspense scenes mixed inI thought it all worked very well and Brad Pitt was perfect for the role. The zombies were terrifying and I loved the way they moved. I read the book and I don't think there were any scenes from the book in the film. I saw it with three other people and we all enjoyed it to varying degrees. One of the better zombie film I have seen up there with 28 Days Later. 3 1/2 stars out of 4
