I thought I was going to have a coronary. What a game. I guess Jim Tressel can drop the "Senator" title and maybe replace with Governor, or President or God or whatever.

You have to give a good amount of credit to John Cooper, there were A LOT of his players on the field tonight.

Anybody notice that Tressel never broke a sweat? Talk about ice water...

O-HI-O It's been 34 years since the last championship. What a great game with a little bit of everything. Hats off to the Ohio State defense. They hit very hard and created several turnovers. They executed their game plan perfectly, which was to shut down Miami's running game and then get pressure on Dorsey. They made Miami work for everything they got. And of course, Craig Krenzel is one tough customer. Finally, hats off to the Big Ten, which finished 5-2 in the bowl season after only being favored in one of the games.

Yes, lots of credit did go to John Cooper. But lets never overshadow Jim Tressel.

Being from Youngstown I love that man.

    Cooper 2-10-1 vs. Michigan

    Tressel 2-0 vs. Michigan

    Who do we love?

The refs are all about bad pass interference calls against Miami teams this week, it seems. First the Dolphins, and now this. [IMG]

I was trying to tell my wife about "THE BIG GAME" yesterday. Stanford CAL is big here but nothing like the OSU & MICH.
Growing up in Toledo, where I could spit over the state line it was incredible. I remember one year going out and even the most heavily traveled roads were deserted, like a neutron bomb went off.
I just miss Woody punching players as they ran by[IMG]
So when is the riot or is it over already?

As a Michigan fan it pained me to root for OSU, but I did! I HATE Maimi just a little more!! Plus its great for the big ten. BTW, I think Michigan was a tougher game then Miami, we'll get ya next year, enjoy it!

I took about a five minute break from the game after Magahee's injury. God, that was terrible. He tore three ligaments.

Congratulations to the Buckeyes from a Penn State alum.
Reminds me of '87 when it was Penn State in a dramatic upset over Miami. [IMG] to the Hurricanes.
