It's funny how certain technology stays around longer. I have a very, very high end A/V receiver from 2005 and it looks almost the same as you're in the rear. I paid almost $6,000 for mine at the time and I have not used it since about 2007 due to moving and than just putting it into storage. I should probably take it out and see how the old bird sings.
