Sorry to reawake this thread after almost a year and a half...

The reason the theatrical trailer wasn't included was due to music rights issues. I didn't skim through the whole thread to see if somebody mentioned that, but I rember something on VH1 or some channel where they interviewed Hughes and he said something along the lines of there being music clearance issues to show the trailer on DVD or anything.
