Why the Long Wait on the Shield? (1 Viewer)

TvShows on DVD is saying this won't come out until Sept. Did the new Final Season get delayed? I Know there was some issues with filming it due to Shawn Ryans not crossing picket lines to edit it, are they going back and refilming some of the season, seems like a long time ago they released Season 5. Glad I'm not someone waiting on the DVD's to see it.

The final season is now airing starting September. :frowning: For some reason FX seems to only want to air one new original series at a time -

So does that mean we'll have two full seasons of Damages before we'll have the next version of the Shield? Yikes
