Why no S.E. of Earthquake (1974)? (1 Viewer)

With the special editions of the Poseidon Adventure and the Towering Infermo already out, I'm baffled not to have a S.E. of Earthquake. This was a great special effects movie for it's time and it would be great to have a s.e. with lots of extras. Anyone else agree? Also, does anybody know if an Earthquake S.E. is in the works? Thanks.
