Well apparently the VHS was under MGM/UA according to both IMDB, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089243/combined

and Half.com where owners of the tape are selling it for as little as $9, as I write this (no doubt one of you will pick this up). http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cg...1877&meta_id=3

Gymkata IS available on DVD... in Korea.

I guarantee you "Gymkata" is a Turner title and Warner owns it...The proof is at TCM's page.

Go to Turner Classic Movies' website (http://www.turnerclassicmovies.com/), and then click on the search page. Scroll down and you can search the Turner library of titles. Type in the year 1985, and the movie "Gymkata" will be listed as a Turner-owned title.
