Want to pick up this game, not sure who has the best price on it. Thanks for any info.

From what I'm seeing, Best Buy's $39 price is the best.
Which blows my mind, I thought this was the regular price for PC games.
Sometime, I must have been sleeping, the game companies successfully upped the MSRP to $50 and the sheep consumers accepted it.

Folks in the Bay Area may want to check their local Fry's for a two-day special pricing on Halo, reported to be $38.99 today (Wednesday) and tomorrow.

Yup, that's what today's SJ Murky News had as the price. Halo wasn't expected to be on the shelves before 4 pm, however, and it wasn't there when I stopped by this morning.

THanks for the replies. I'll proably stop by Fry's tommorrow on the way to best buy and check out both places.

I buy games about a year after they're released. You always get them for $10-$20, and at the same time its cheaper to upgrade your hardware to handle them. Not to mention by then most bugs are worked out with patches, and there is a good support community already thriving (mods, tips etc)
