Which one? FP or RPTV for best Picture (1 Viewer)

If its any help to you, I run my NEC HT 1000 in "eco-mode" at less than 27 dbs about 95% of the time and it is for all intents and purposes inaudible within the context of my surround sound set up. When I run it in Regular mode which is less than 32 decibels, it is too loud except if there's a loud, action movie or show playing.
