When will HD DVD and Blu-Ray computer drives come out? (1 Viewer)

Any updates on computer HD drives coming soon? Also, is it any clearer now if one would need more than just HDCP compliant monitor and vid card to play high def?

I saw here just Blu-ray burners, not drives...., and as I am aware, you need HDCP graphic card and HDCP Monitor to play HD...

there is one thread at avs forum about somebody playing BD movies on his comp.... with new winddvd9 or something...

There are some threads here about this. My BD player is my HTPC and I have an LG BD writer. Using PowerDVD to watch BDs.
