Because we've been snowed in for the past few days, there haven't been any mail or UPS deliveries, so many of the review items I've been expecting haven't arrived. Since today is warmer and things are getting back to normal, I expect to be completely busy with review discs this weekend and thus have no chance to see anything for leisure.

Last weekend, I did manage to watch From Here to Eternity and found the Blu-ray to be exquisite. I hadn't watched the movie in some years, so it was great seeing it again.

I'm not sure what we'll be seeing in the theater tomorrow (Robocop, maybe?) but I plan on spending a lot of time with Enterprise Season 3. About halfway done with the season right now. I'm also going to try to watch The Jungle Book.

And one Netflix movie: Page One: Inside the New York Times.

Planning to re-watch the excellent "The Rape Of Europa" documentary tonight in preparation for seeing "The Monuments Men" at my local theater later this weekend.

I am going to have to revisit many movies this year after buying a new UHDTV! I went from a 2005 Sony 50" rear projection wega to a new Samsung UHD 55" 4K TV.

I'm expecting a couple of Twilight Time releases to review, but they may not arrive until tomorrow. If they don't, I'll likely watch something classic like Ship of Fools if I have an afternoon or evening free.

I think I'm finally going to get around to watching the BD of "Wolf Children" that I bought quite awhile back.

Last night I watched The Man from Laramie, showing in 1080p on the Sony Movie Channel. For the most part, it looked very good, I think it will look great on BD. I can't wait for the TT release.

I was busy with Twilight Time releases last weekend, and I didn't get a chance to do any leisure Blu-ray watching. This weekend, I'm still catching up with LAST year's Oscar contenders (Zero Dark Thirty which I'm just now getting around to). If nothing else comes in for review other than today's project, I might be able to get to some other discs which have been patiently waiting their turns in my player.
