    Hi,
I'm just wondering what functionality I would gain by using either WIFI or RJ45. Is there something additional I can use?

I see the use for firmware/software upgrades and streaming services, such as itunes or whatever... but wondering if it can be used for other things.

    iTunes streaming or xm streaming?

I'd say the major non-firmware use of networking is DLNA audio streaming.
