I went skiing in Snowmass, Co and had a great time until I got sick on the next to the last day. I'm home now and recuperating. It was a urinary tract infection and once home I went to an urgent care center that night. I feel much better now, but I thing my Safari (6.1.1) is not doing as well. The url bar is missing. I've got nothing to type an url into?

I admit it, I'm on a painkiller now. Feel free to tell me that there never was one and I need a brain transplant. Or did some bits just fall of while I was away? The iMac was shut down the whole time.

Johnny,

Sorry to hear about your tract infection. Not fun, I'm sure.

With Safari open, go above the browser to the toolbar along the top of your iMac.

Click on VIEW. You should see SHOW TOOLBAR at the top (or something like that).

Let me know if that works.

Yeah, that worked. Thank you. The good news about the uti is that i'm through the worst of it and I'm on a feel good drug. Did I ever tell you that I love you man? ;)
