What e-tailer is best for shipping from U.S. to Canada? (1 Viewer)

I'm shipping a DVD as a gift from the U.S. to Canada, but I've never shipped anything to Canada before. Considering I haven't bought the DVD yet, are there e-tailers that are particularly good about shipping between the two countries? I'd like to include a gift note, and I'd like it to be as cheap as possible (both DVD cost and shipping). Any thoughts? Thanks.

You could use a Canadian etailer like futureshop.ca, amazon.ca, chapters.ca or dvdsoon.ca etc.
