Thanks to me my Sister's Family "Made out like Bandits" yesterday.

I gave my Sister and Brother-in-Law the Following:

Seasons 2 -4 of Happy Days

Seasons 2 & 3 of Laverne and Shirley

Seasons 2 & 3 of Mork and Mindy

The Season 1-2 Set of Moonlighting

My Nieces are HUGE Anime fans, so for them I got:

Cowboy Bebop

Galaxy Railways

Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. (Both Seasons)

Kaleido Star (Both Seasons)

Nior

Planetes

Tactics

Wild Arms

Witch Hunter Robin

Zone Of the Enders

Along with Season 3 of Avatar - The Last Airbender and Season 4 of House.

And for all four of them I got them the Mill Creek Benji Movie 4-Pack along with the Movie Firehouse Dog.

Needless to say I took FULL advantage of every BOGO Sale I could to get these, along with "Pepsi Points" and a Wally Card from the Dealers!

Santa's been good to me!

I got:
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA - Season 3
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA - RAZOR
LAS VEGAS - Season 4

And I got BONES - Season 3 for my sister. Thankfully, I found it in the mailbox on Christmas Eve! I was worried it wouldn't be there in time.

So I got Halloween (2008) and Mamma Mia and my sister ending up getting me Ghost Whisperer - Season 1 which I really wanted. woo

This is a belated Christmas present, but today I used a $50 gift certificate that a dear friend gave me from Amazon. I wanted to wait and use it for something good, and today, quite by accident, I found that the COLUMBO 7 Season pack was available for only $99.99. After the gift certificate, it came to just $49.99 which I thought was phenomenal. That's a series I've been holding out and holding out for waiting to see if I could get a great price. Well, that was beyond my wildest dreams. Easily the best deal I can ever remember getting! Thanks "Santa"!!

If/when you get a chance, could you please let me know if all seven seasons of this series in the set you received are on single-sided discs? Thanks.

I'll let you know for sure when the package comes, but I'm fairly certain these will simply be a bundle of the individual sets. That's what it's advertised as, and I know that Universal hasn't been offering "Complete" sets that are different than their individual releases except in rare instances, like their recent MUNSTERS set. But what I ordered isn't like that one. It's just a bundled set of Seasons 1-7, so I know it will be the regular double-sided discs.

I also added some early Steven Seagal films to my collection this Holiday Season as well.

But what I really got for Christmas this year were Pioneer DVD players for each of my units!!!!

Anyway, that's about it for DVD for me. I got $150 also but spent that on a new video card for my PC. Woo hoo!
