As 2003 is nearing it's end, I'm begining to wonder what DVDs we are likely to see in 2004. I'm sure there are are confirmed titles that I have missed, but to get a rough list together would be cool, I think.

The major one for me that I know is coming is Anchor's Bay's lavish 3-disc set of Dawn Of The Dead. Man, I'm gonna be spying on the postman with binoculars when that baby gets shipped! :D

Fire away, folks...

Dawn of the Dead is one I am definitely anticipating. Can't wait to get rid of my crappy old VHS copy.

I know that King Kong was shifted from this year to 2004. That is my most anticipated DVD.

Yeah, Nick, King Kong will be a monumental release next year! :)

The Warner SEs of the Scorsese movies will be massive sellers, I'm sure. It's been agony waiting for those.

Blade Runner: SE has been... argh! Come on, please! :frowning:

Is it possible there will be a Goodfellas rerelease for next year? Also I'm looking forward to the continuation of Angel , Buffy , and Stargate SG-1 . King Kong is definitely going to be fantastic. Any chance some James Cagney gangster films will make it?

Um, the rerelease of the Universal Monsters series tied to the theatrical release of Van Helsing in May... please?

And all those further seasons of great tv shows: Buffy, Babylon 5, Frasier, Futurama, As Time Goes By, Batman: The Animated Series, Stargate SG-1, Coupling, The second half of G.I. Joe S1, Red Dwarf, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Nero Wolfe, Monarch of the Glen, the third season of Alias and, hopefully, Designing Women: The Complete First Season.

I may have to commit myself if any more TV Shows on DVD come along.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars series (all 20 episodes on one disc)

What's this? Please elaborate! :)
This is a series of animated shorts that Lucasfilm has put together for Cartoon Network to cover the course of the Clone Wars that happen between Episodes II and III.

Perhaps "Let it Be" will finally be released. It was supposed to be released in November but I've read that it was postponed (possibly not to conflict with 'The Concert for George').

Maybe I've taken one too many hits of the crack pipe :D but I think we will see the Non SE Star Wars trilogy released for next X-mas. Something about a statement one of the Lucasfilm marketing people made a few months back makes me think it will happen.
