hehe...

Thanks for the offer Rich, it was a valiant effort. ;)

Haven't seen this title on ebay for a while now... use to see one every few weeks or so.

However, someone's selling a sealed copy for $129.99 US on Amazon.com.

Maybe you'd be interested. :D

I thought I was nuts for purchasing it for $50 USD over a year ago.

That seems a bit rich to me. Perhaps MoFi will reissue it at some point.
It certainly seems so. Dunno if MoFi will reissue, but maybe I should sell it in case it does.

I apologize to everyone for taking this thread off-topic, and I hope people don't think I'm using it as an opportunity to sell the disc.

I've got it, Marvin. I'm not a classical music expert, but I know a little Beethoven, and these are my favorite recordings of the 5th and the 7th in terms of performance quality. The sound quality is certainly acceptable, but not state-of-the-art by any means. It won't touch any of the newer direct-to-DSD master recordings.

But aside from MTT's Mahler's 6th and 1st, none of those new recordings can touch these in terms of performance. At least in my less-than-expert opinion.

Here's a full review of that disc: http://www.highfidelityreview.com/re...umber=18786010
