I am sort of surprised that you hadn't figured it out on your own, but
very happy to explain....
You had it almost right when you mentioned price tags. They are known
as "tags" in a system that we call "thread tagging."
There are many tags you will see scattered throughout the forum...
SONY, FOX, WARNER, DISNEY, LIONSGATE, UNIVERSAL, PARAMOUNT,
BLU-RAY, HBO, etc.
When I post a press release, I always tag it with its corresponding studio.
When we see members talking about a particular topic associated with a
studio, we go in and add the proper tag.
Of course, we encourage members to tag their own threads, but it's not
a requirement. In many cases, we will go in and tag it afterwards.
Now here is the magic of how these tags work for someone like you....
All you need to do is click on one of those little "price tags" -- and let's
use WARNER as an example -- and you will see every single thread that
is about WARNER BROS. across several pages.
It works great for the studios that read this forum. They just click on their
tag and they can see every single thread that talks about their releases.
So, essentially, these tags allow you to instantly refine your reading to
all forum activity related to that label. Go ahead and click one of the tags
to see exactly what I mean.
